This place was my home away from home when I had a water leak. The hotel room was clean and roomy. Brandon and June were awesome and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay the best possible. I absolutely recommend this hotel
Had a very pleasant stay at this CI&S over Thanksgiving. Front desk staff, Robert and Lauren, were helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious. TV, fridge and microwave were helpful and in great condition. Very good hairdryer in the room. Shower's water pressure and temperature were great !!! Bedding was very soft, fresh-smelling and so comfy. Mattress was great !!! Fairly quiet and peaceful for a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
We stayed at Comfort Inn White Mountains for a night with our family and had such a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Honestly, it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. They helped us with dinner, got us cutlery when we needed it, and were super quick to respond to anything we asked for. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days—we really appreciated everything and would definitely stay again!
A true sample of excellent hospitality! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting pinetop-lakeside,Az. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Comfort Inn Pinetop: Great Value! Spacious, clean rooms at a budget-friendly price. Microwaves and refrigerator in every room for convenient meals. Friendly staff remembers preferences at the free continental breakfast. Perfect location for exploring the White Mountains. Highly recommend!
